Updates are cumulative; just install the most recent update file to bring your copy of Act! up-to-date.
When performing a Service Pack upgrade (e.g., upgrade v18 to v18.1) a one-time schema update is necessary on the master database. Once one user upgrades, everyone has to. Hotfixes are locally installed on each computer and can be done much easier. If you’re unsure what updates you’re eligible for, drop us a line in the chatbox down in the lower right.
