Custom Software
GoldMine:
- Email Deleter
- Older versions of GoldMine standard had a mailbox file limit of 2 GB. This limit could easily be exceeded with large user installations. We wrote a program that would properly delete older messages
- Bridges
- Integration tool for GoldMine. Used to bring data into GoldMine from any source. You could use it to update sales totals on contact records with data from any Accounting system or create history records when items ship.
- RFQ
- Creates an outgoing email message and an Opportunity from an email message. When the client received a request for quote in an e-mail, a single button would create the opportunity with all original attachments and schedule follow up activity.
- Phone log importer
- The client wanted to import logs from his telephone system. The software found the contact in ACT based on telephone number and created a call history. Time and duration were also added. This was a high call volume installation and saved a lot of data entry time.
- T3Tools
- A General data utility for ACT.
- Delete specific types of history for a date range, i.e. “delete all “Access Changed” record from 2010 or prior.
- Mass Delete Companies
- Mass Delete History
- Put specific contact field into Proper Case, i.e. “TOMS RESTAUANT” becomes Toms Restaurant”
- Build groups based on the presence of an activity, i.e. “Create a group of contacts with a call pending”.
- A General data utility for ACT.
ACT:
- T3 Auto-Address
- Updates the address from the Post Office database. Gives you the option to update the record with the new information.
- OppLinx
- Attaches an Outlook E-mail to an Opportunity with the option to create a new Opportunity from an E-mail. Also attaches all of the attachments to the Opportunity.
- Lead Processor
- Looked for contacts with an ID status of “Unprocessed”, then used a rule set to determine the territory salesman based on Zip Code and product interest. Scheduled a call for that sales person.
- T3 Lookup
- Updates any field in ACT based on the value(s) of other fields, i.e. “If Contact State is KS and Company Type is not Distributor then make Sales Rep=Mary.”
- Auto-Name Generation
- The client wanted each quote to use a previous document naming system based on User’s initials, date, sequential number, etc. We used the Quotewerks API to accomplish this.
- Create Invoices
- Created an Access application that would print invoices for an investment firm. This application also sent the Invoices to a Document warehouse. This saved the firm about 20 hours every quarter.

- Application to save and print calibration information.
- Order Entry
- Created an order Entry application that would integrate with GoldMine and also Symix. Saved the company in order entry time.
