After registering, you will receive a brief survey regarding topics and Zoho applications. Your submission will help us determine which other topics and Zoho applications you wish to learn about or be trained on. Training sessions will be recorded and sent to your email address after completion. If you’d like to join our public Zoho training sessions, please drop us some topic suggestions for future classes!
Our Methodology – Twelve/Three specializes in CRM training and we use most methodologies. We believe that it is best to learn one or two things a week versus multi-day training classes where all topics are covered ion rapid succession. Learn a single thing, put it into practice and build on that. Over time, your experience will provide you with any Zoho skills you may need.
The details – We use Zoho Meeting and can accommodate 100 students. If limits are reached, we will show preference to our existing clients and may most likely repeat the session. We reserve the right to disconnect users for any reason. Because we are based in New York state, classes will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. This should allow for other US time zones, as well as some international time zones, to attend. Classes will be held in English and uploaded onto our YouTube channel.
