Training
We offer training for your sales team both on-site & online.
Training rates are $200 /hr. Travel charges for on-site training outside of Buffalo or Syracuse may apply.
Training time is flexible depending on your goals, but an estimate of roughly 1-2 hours is enough time for a typical thorough and complete course. Classroom style training for your whole team is a great value for the same rate. We always get great feedback on our training, and believe the 1-2 hour time frame is perfect before employees’ brains start turning into mush (compared to half-day or full-day events).

Installs, Upgrades, & Technical Support
Twelve/Three has experience in deploying thousands (yes, thousands!) of installs. We are available for everyone to call as-needed for any technical bugs, troubleshooting, or customization.
Our labor rate for technical support is $150/hr, billed in 15 minute increments. We commonly negotiate fixed-rate fees for certain projects, such as company-wide installs & upgrades.
We offer remote support using GoToAssist to connect to your computer instantly from anywhere. We also travel on-site if desired. A travel fee may apply for on-site visits outside of Buffalo or Syracuse NY.
Our customers who keep a pre-paid account on retainer with us earn a 10% discount, billed at $135/hr!
CRM Conversions
We are experienced at converting from one CRM to another without data loss.
This is always a custom job that can vary greatly in terms of hours & scope required, and we quote them on a case-by-case basis. Please call to discuss details about what you’re looking for.
For a rough ballpark estimate based on past projects: “Simple” conversions with only the basic contact data can be done quickly in just a few hours, for only a few hundred dollars. Conversion of notes, history, activities, opportunities, and other related modules is much more complicated and takes several days, and the cost could be up to $3000. There is a large degree of variance, and we will give you advice on what data you truly need to keep, to help stay on budget.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING & OTHER SERVICES
We can build custom apps & add-ons for your CRM. Bob Lozinak & Geoff Boulden are both excellent programmers with years of coding experience. We are always welcome to any project proposal you may have. We have developed unique internal utilities for our clients, as well as creating releases that are for a broader market.
We also offer services with Google Apps for Business (GSuite or gmail), web development, online marketing & SEO, Microsoft Office, and email marketing. Contact Stephen Boulden, our Google Certified Partner, for more info.
We handle all sorts of miscellaneous IT work as needed. It comes with the territory. While we do not formally state that we will help configure your email accounts or clean viruses from your PC, we certainly have done it plenty of times before, and are often willing to accommodate. Just ask! We will get you a quote, or refer you to someone we trust.

I’d like to have a conversation with you about consulting services, including your hourly rates or typical fixed price help. My company implemented Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns about 1 1/2 years ago, but the campaigns elements weren’t properly integrated. I’ve found ways to get the data from campaigns into Zoho CRM, but it causes some reporting hassles. I’d love some consulting help to fix the issues so that we can start using Zoho CRM/Zoho Campaigns properly.
