You, and especially Bob, took very good care of us. It is 20 years this year. We went on line in 1997 with Goldmine thru Chris Lamason while he was at Foundry Associates.
I KNOW it increased our productivity ... and I mean with a transformational impact. Especially in the beginning. We literally went from a rolodex to GM. We were dialup then and we had to take turns using the phone line to get 3 emails. Bob did ALOT for us...he created templates for us that we are still using and were also transformational not to mention all the shortcuts and tweeks he did. He also held our hand when we transitioned from GM to ACT!. (We went kicking and screaming didn't we Bob. Right up to last month).

Where does the name Twelve/Three come from?
Customers often ask us, “Why ‘Twelve Three’?”
Geoff Boulden founded our company in 1993 after many years of working as Vice President of engineering at a large pressure-sensor manufacturer. After some rough time spent with new management after an ownership change, he decided to take things into his own hands.
With a wife and three children at home, he promised to start his own company. Didn’t know what he intended to do yet, just that he wanted the freedom to do it on his own.
He decided to leave his job and founded Twelve/Three Marketing, Inc. on the same day – December 3rd.
Twelve Three is a calendar date — not much more to it than that!
It’s an oddly inspirational name though, now that you know the story, of someone wanting to make a change for themselves and “taking the jump” into the unknown.

Initially brought in to troubleshoot legacy Zoho apps, Geoff helped to establish essential tools in Zoho for large scale operations. Even though our company was acquired in 2018 and the new company’s sophisticated software engineers created internally-authored tools, Geoff’s foundational work continues to exist and thrive.
